Full Version: Yealink W52h doesn't regiser

After the emergency blackout on the base station W52P appeared an error of handset registration. The base station was restarted in normal mode, the software was renewed. The registration of the handset was cancelled and then the handset was registered again, but it did not help and the base station still shows registration error.

Please try base hard reset and try register again. Generally, it will be ok. Please refer to a short video, you can get it from below link:

Thank you for your answer. I found out that the telephone exchange MyPBX U100 had blocked the base station IP-address. I managed to the solve the problem in the following way: I unblocked the base station IP-address on the telephone exchange MyPBX U100 and changed the passwords for the telephone numbers on the base station.
