Ghost calls have returned.
Newest Firmware, sip trust is enabled, ip call is disable.
Anything new that we have that we can patch this?

Can you please export config.bin file to us? The problem reoccurs after upgrading firmware?
Also please set syslog to level 6 then export it when the issue happen.

Good News!
Whenever we have a Csr that complains that he gets these Ghost calls, we install an EdgeRouter Model# ERLITE-3
And bingo! no more Ghost calls. The Router is not that expensive.
