Full Version: Phone won't automatically register after broadband loss.

Hi guys, 1st post.

I have noticed that upon losing packets to the broadband, the phones will lose there registration. When the broadband is connected again, it doesnt want to re-register automatically and i have to reboot handsets.

I am pretty sure previously the phones would register and de-register automatically when broadband was connected/disconnected?

Can somebody please help. I'm pulling my hair out here Sad

Welcome. Please login into web interface-> Account, set the Server Expire to a short period like 60 seconds and check again.

Is there any other section I should be checking? I dont think that above setting has helped?
