Hello,
The power adapter was knocked loose while the base station was booting the first time. The first time it booted it got to the point where all three lights lit up, and the handset registered.
Since the regrettable reboot it will not light up the second two LEDs, nor will it pick up an IP.
Any suggestions?

1. Did you try to disconnect the power adapter then connect again to reboot the base? Can it get the IP address?
2. It might be issue of network. Please connect the network cable to another device to check whether it can get the ip address.
3. If the W52P can't work after above steps, please try hard reset the phone. You can refer to this video.
