Hi Eljesus47,

The sip server agent is set in pbx server side.
What's your pbx server? You may need to contact them for a help.

Or do you want to change phone sip user-agent?

James

The phone sip user-agent which is burn in when manufcaturing can't be changed through a configuration or autoprovision. It indicates phone model and firmware.
