Hello

How to activate the MUTE always active when connecting.

I've added a link Phone-> Action URL
http://admin:admin@10.100.0.121/cgi-bin/...x?key=MUTE

Incoming Call=http://admin:admin@10.100.0.121/cgi-bin/cgiServer.exx?key=MUTE
Call Established=http://admin:admin@10.100.0.121/cgi-bin/cgiServer.exx?key=MUTE
Answer New Call=http://admin:admin@10.100.0.121/cgi-bin/cgiServer.exx?key=MUTE

IP Yealinka=10.100.0.121

Configuration does not work.

Please help in solving this problem.

The command "http://admin:admin@10.100.0.121/cgi-bin/...x?key=MUTE" is for Action URI not Action URL.

Currently only an intercom will make phone Mute automatically. A normal call can't make this.
If you want to make phone to be Mute when receiving an intercom, plese go to Feature-> Intercom, enable Intercom Mute.
If not, may I know why do you want to make a normal call to be Mute automatically?

Q1. Intercom = Headset ?

The customer wants to receive a call automatically on the headset with the option Mute at the start.
Auto answer works.
How to run Mute on startup.
