One of our customers is using the T26 and loves it, the only complaint she has is if she has more than two people on hold and she attempts to scroll through the calls on hold it doesn't show the other caller id numbers that are on hold. it just shows new call (i believe that is what the dispaly on the hold queue says)? Is there anyway we can set the phone so that if she has 8 calls on hold she can scroll all 8 calls and see the caller id on all calls instead of just the first two?
