If right ,please tell me the function of *7102ext# do you want to enable?
If not ,then please tell me the real scene.

Hi, i've experiencing the same issue:

- Forward & DND yealink does not work, In menu, Always Forward "ON",
target ext "122" (sample) , call 122 from another ext does not work.

Using the example above, I set up Always Forward = ON and Target i put the extension number = 122.

when I call 122 form another extension, i got the busy signal.

My PABX is a Panasonic NCP-1000. What I have todo to solve this problem ? Thanks in advance,

Oxipira
Hello Oxipira,

Thanks for your information.
Supposed Phone A enabled Always Forward, extension 122 located on Phone B
When phone C called A, it will be forward to phone B, extension 122 ring up
If you call to phone B (122), it should ring up normally.
But, if 122 is another line set on Phone A, when you call 122, it will can't get through.
I'm not idea if I got what you mean, please correct me if I misunderstood.

Thanks.

Regards,
Peter

Hello Peter, thanks for your attention.

I have just configured one extension on my T20P. I have three extensions: 120, 121 and 122 on my PABX.

On my extension 121 I set it up to Always Forward and the target is the extension 122.

When I try to call to extension 121 using my extension 120, I hear the busy tone and either extensions (121 and 122) don't ring up (nothing happens).

Thanks.
Hello Oxipira,

Call forward is local to the phone, and may be overridden by the server settings. Please check the forward rule in your PABX first.
If you can't solve this problem, please take a PCAP trace to me follow below steps, so that we can know is phone side or PABX side forwarded this call:
1.Go to setting-> Configuration.
2.Start pcap trace
3.Place a call from extension 120 to 121
4.Go to setting-> Configuration and export pcap trace to us.

Thanks.

Peter

Hi Peter, here is the pcap file. The target extension is 988.

Thanks,

Oxipira
Hello Oxipira,

Thanks for your information. I have read your pcap file but it seems it only contains the extension 977 phone's trace. Could you please take traces on each of the other two phones? so we can know the whole process message.
What's more, have you confirmed from your phone server side to make sure it does not set to be transfered to another unknown extension?

Thanks.

Regards,
Peter
Hi Peter, sorry about this long delay. My Panasonic NCP1000 (Phone Server) config. is blank on that extensions. I have just one yealink on the middle of this process. The 977 is an analogic extension (source), the 989 extension (Yealink - the 1st target) redirecting to 976 extension (final target - analogic).
I don't know why the pcap file has stored only the 977 extension...maybe because the yealink couldn't accomplish its task. What do you think ? Thanks.
Hi,

I am a Panasonic dealer and would like to use Yealink phones on the Panasonic NS platforms. I haven't been able to get MWI (message waiting indicators) for a new voicemail message to work correctly on the Yealink phones with the NS-1000. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance
