Hello,
we have a problem upgrading a handset.
Version info :
base station hardware : 25.1.0.0.0.0.0
firmware : 25.73.0.20 (upgraded today)
handset hardware : 26.0.0.7
firmware : 26.40.188.1

Normally all conditions are met to do a upgrade of the handset via OTA as described in the upgrade manual. It doesnt work.

When i try to upgrade the handset via your upgrade tool and a usb cable i get the following message : OEM VERSION CHECK DISAFFINITY, SKIP UPGRADE.

Can you help me ???

You can’t upgrade your handset with Yealink International firmware because your handset contain customized and thus locked firmware.
For the newest firmware you have to ask your sales representative.
