I cannot get the w52p phones to stay on the 12 hour setting. I reset the phones but after a few hours they revert back to the 24 hours setting. Can someone tell me the correct way to fix this problems

Thanks again for the assistance.
Dear,

This is Kevin from Yealink support team, nice to know you.

For this issue, it is caused by reboot or drop, so the time will change back to default configuration.

So please upgrade the handset to the new firmware:
http://ftp.yealink.com/?ShareToken=CE55B...61072EA574

Then please enable the option with auto provision, then it will protect the local configuration.
auto_provision.custom.protect =1
For how to do a auto provision, please refer to the guide:

Let me know if any update.

You could put this in your autoprovision template.

Code:
custom.handset.time_format=1
