I was just wondering if there was a way to set up a soft key to transfer people directly to voice mail rather than going through the steps of hitting the transfer button, pressing *4, and typing in the ext number?

As we know, if you want to go to the voice mail,you need to enter Feature Access Code/username/password according to the voice mail prompt tone step by step.
So,it is no method for you to set up a softkey to meet your need.
