Hello,

We recently bought a new T41P device with dutch language. After upgrading to the most recent firmware for the T41P (downloaded on yealink.com) the language option "dutch" is not available.

Is there a specific dutch firmware, or how can we get the phone back in dutch?

Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi,
I've been bringing this issue to our technical support team, he will contact you soon.
Could you please tell me what version you upgrade from and to what version?

Best regards!
Hi Tim,

Thanks! I have no idea what firmware version it exactly was on the phone, but i upgraded to the latest firmware on the yealink site: 36.72.0.55.

Kind regards,
Hannes.
Hi Tim,

Is there any update on this?
Thanks for your feedback!

Kind regards,
Hannes.
Hello Hannes,

This is Gerry, I am in charge of Technical support for Netherlands Market.
For this issue, you need to upgrade to Special Dutch Firmware to get the Dutch language.
Please contact Lydis, they will support you for the Dutch language. :-)

You can also store a language file on your provisioning server to add an additional languages to the T4x.

The syntax would be like this:
Code:
#######################################################################################
##                                   UI Language                                     ##
#######################################################################################
#Before using this parameter, you should store the desired language pack to the provisioning server.
#For more information, refer to Yealink Auto Provisioning User Guide.
gui_lang.url = http://server/folder/lang-Dutch.txt

#gui_lang.delete = http://localhost/all, delete all the customized languages.
gui_lang.delete =

#Specify the LCD language, the valid values are: English (default), Chinese_S, Chinese_T, German, French, Turkish, Italian, Polish, Spanish and Portuguese.
lang.gui = Dutch

I'm using this method on the T48G and it works perfectly. You have to edit the language file yourself, but if needed I can give you a hand at creating one.
Ok, thanks for the feedback everyone!
Hi,

I did this before by editing the german language file and then setting
http://server/folder/lang-German.txt
beacuse when I put Dutch.txt it was nowhere to be found on the Phone.
I did this on the T28 though.

But I have a problem now that I am using 3cx in a cloud environment and it seems it does not download the language file to the Phone.
Does anyone have some experience with this ?
