I'm trying to do a firmware update on this phone, but downloading an loading the most recent firmware does not actually do anything as far as I can see.
I'm trying to update 9.70.13.9 to 9.72.0.75.
Uploading the firmware file seems to happen correctly but the phone will then start the process and at some point will display something like "update skipped" on its screen and then boots into the old firmware.
There are no errors in the web interface that I can see.
What am I missing?
