All tones have been turned off call waiting and voicemail but there is still a double beeping noise while using the W52 and it does it on all of the handsets can anyone please tell me what this is and how to stop it as there is no mention I can find to a double beep in the manual.

Hi Sir,
You might enable MWI subscribe. You can follow below steps to disable it.
1.Press Ok button to check phone ip address.
2.Input the phone ip address to your internet browser bar.
3.Phone will pop up a window requesting username/password. The default credential is admin/admin.
4.After getting into phone web interface, go to Account-> Advanced, disable the "subscribe for MWI" option.
