Hi,

I'm 2 problems with the T4x range and I'm not sure if anyone else is having the same problems or if is just me. Using a T42G & T48G

1) There is a echo that happens randomly on both phones where you can hear yourself very muffled, it is quiet and yet still very annoying.

2) I get an occasional loss of audio from the earpiece on both phones, only last for half a second maximum, enough to miss part of a sentence. Once again happens randomly.

Both phones are connected to a local Asterisk machine (Hyper-V).
Ping times are less than 1 millisecond.
Other brand devices connected don't have any issues.

Any ideas?
Ping times less than 1 second aren't nearly close enough in my experience. 10-20 milliseconds latency is the max from what I understand, although there is some cloudiness on whether that is from phone to PBX or from PBX to provider, or both combined.

LOL,

I meant less than 1 millisecond - from phones to Asterisk.
