Hello Yealink Support

We have noticed after staring to sell T46 and T48 phones, that they produce really bad ekko for the person at the other end of the call when put on speaker. This is not the case with the older T2x/T3x phones.
Can you explain if this is an issue and if there is a way to fix this problem?
Thank you.

Hello
sorry to reply later. We judge it cause by external or something wrong in speaker.
1,Do you use handset have same issue?
1,what the environment and configuration of phone do the issue occur, in a closed environment and volume is max status?
Hello

This occus no matter what the volume settings are set to. Even if the microphone and speaker are set to low, the echo persists.

The echo is not there when using the handset, only when on speaker.

Actually this happens on all our T4x models! (we have tested quite a few by now).
