Hi all,

I've been deploying some Yealink phones with VPN for almost 3 years now, and suddenly after I updated a T26P with firmware 6.72.0.75 (had to update it from 6.72.0.25 because of the bugged advanced tab on network settings in the phone) I can't seem to have VPN running (doesn't start at all on the phone).

Has anyone faced similar problem?

Hi Jmanhique,

Have you tried re-imported the tar file?
If it still can't work, please try resetting and configure it again.

Hi there, thank you for the reply.

Yes, I've done re-importing the tar file, and even reset the phone and still no sign.
