Hello,
IT assistant here. Some of the sales team here is experiencing dropped incoming calls. The calls can last a minute or two before the phone emits a busy signal like noise and then displays the message "Uknown URI Scheme".
The only forum post I've found relating to this issue is regarding dialing out from the history page, and I've already applied that fix to my configuration file. No change in number of error messages received.
This is an intermittent problem, but has become more frequent after upgrading the firmware to 28.80.0.70. Is there a more stable version of the firmware that I should be using that solves this issue? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
