Hello and good morning from Germany,
We are testing T48G SFB Version for a customer.
I send yesterday an Email to support@yealink.com to request a license file for the phone, but I haven't get an answer.
Is there no autoreply from this address, that confirmed my email arrived at support centre ?
How long would it take to get a license ?

Got an answer 30 Minutes ago, Unfornatually they read the wrong MAC Address 8 = B.
So I have to wait for an new licence file.
Today, I got my new license File and after 30 minutes the phone works.
