You can set the value as below to auto update the remote phonebook via config file.
features.remote_phonebook.flash_time = (not applicable toSIP-T20P IP phones)
##Integer from120 to 2592000.
##It configures the interval (in seconds ) for the phone to update the data of the remote phone book from the remote phone book server.
##The default value is 21600.

The remote phone book is an application that will be very handy to access the phone book remotely and can able to create, search, delete and update the contact list by sending sms .Thus this application makes the user get connected to his/her phone without it being physically available.
