I am having difficulty provisioning a phone (t-2x series) to use the iLBC codec. I see that it is supported by these phones, but I cannot get it to enable, or even show in the list of codecs available in the web interface.

I have set the following in the account settings:
[ audio6 ]
enable = 1
PayloadType = iLBC
priority = 0
rtpmap = 102

as well as ilbc_enable = 1 in the advanced settings area.

I'm assuming I'm missing something simple?
We have seen the same problem. In the tftp configuration file it list the iLBC codec but the phone's website does not. Is this codec available to these phone and what do we have to do to activate it? TIA

From what I can find, documentation released by Yealink states support for the ilbc codec.

And this lists it as "optional", I'm assuming because it must be enabled via provisioning?
