Full Version: T48G problem with incoming calls

Hi together,
Since 2 days I have a problem with my T48G. Each incoming call will be rejected, the test via the SIP online portal (vendor: sipgate) reports a connection error and the T48G reports a new missed call. The SIP vendor's technical support has also checked the connection an means, that the phone does not accept the incoming call.
Outgoing calls are ok. I have reset all settings und have updated the firmware - but no success, the failure is still remaining.
The time before the 2 days all was working fine...

Any ideas what I can do?
I like the phone an I will not replace it, but I need it working.

Will the phone ringing in short time then reject and show missed call?
Or the phone don't ringing just show missed call?

Can you tell me the firmware version of your phones?
And help us to capture the trace files, we can check more from them.

Hardware Version: 35.1.0.2.1.0.0

I check the file, when the phone receive incoming call, the phone replay 480 Temporarily not available.
Can you check the option: Account->Basic->Local Anonymous Rejection.
Please disable this option then test again.

If it can't work, please help us to get the files again.
Note, you just send the syslog file to me, I hope you can also send the PCAP and config.bin files to me together.
we find you enable the DND, so the phone can't ringing. Please disable then test again.
Hi Karl I updated the Firmware Version: 35.80.0.130 Hardware Version: 35.1.0.2.1.0.0 and I have the same problem as Alexander.
