Hello,

Trying to use an additional handset for a W52P.

The primary handset works great. De-registered both handsets and tried registering secondary to H1.

When attempting to place outbound calls the phone reads, "VIA-IP Not Available" with a red X.

Does this mean that the new secondary handset is not compatible with the base station?

If the additional handset is a W52H then it sould work.
Other type of handsets are not allowed.

For the issue, please make sure that the sip account register successfully, then assignment the line to the handset.
