Hello
Im having a problem.
I have disable call waiting, but when i have an aktive call, and somebody else calls me the phone says a high beep.
I have found out that if i remove the callerid(name) or keep it under 16 chars. the sound stops.
Is this an error in setup or the software

Hello aso,

Generally speaking, after call waiting is disabled, the normal circumstance is that when you have an active call, somebody makes a call to you, then there is no reaction on the phone.

The call waiting may be little related to the caller ID/name/length, so this issue can be located at a bug.
May I know the version of your handset and base?
If they are not at the latest version, pls download them to have a try again.
