Yealink W52P - Firmware 25.50.0.20
Router - NetgearDGND3700V2 and Netgear WNDR4300
Voip Provider - byo.engin.com.au

I have a W52P that drops calls both incoming and outgoing after 38 minutes and 25 seconds. I have tested the W52P on two router with the same result. I've changed several account settings on the w52p without any success. Also tested the voip service using an cisco spa112 ata and anologue phone with no issues. SIP ALG is disabled in the router. I'm not familiar with wireshark captures but have captured the last 2 minutes of the call using the W52P pcap feature. There is a BYE request that is initiated when the call is dropped. It looks as if the call is not terminated but ended by request.
Can anyone shine some light on the problem as I'm a little lost?
Hi tas7330,

W52P will drop calls after 38.25 minutes in regular time?
Does this issue happen no matter the other part is internal call or external call ?And what kind of phone does the other part use.
I have checked the trace which was offered by you,and found that the BYE sip was sent out by the other part, and the server transmit the bye message to W52P,then W52P responsed a 200OK to finish the call.
It maybe come out a conclusion that W52P drop the calls passively.
Could you pls make a call to another IP Phone by dialing the IP address, and to see whether the issue still exsit.

Thx
Hi tas7330,

Please upgrade to V73-Beta version to test if it can solve the issue.
You can get the rom file and other manuals from here : ftp://Coco%20Ke:9YKQ69mv@ftp.yealink.com...V73-Beta)/

P.S: Please upgrade the base and handset both to the V73.

Hello Support,

As down time was a problem and response quite slow I decided to replace the phone with a Siemens C610IP.
You also need to work on Windows 8 software support for the handset upgrade.

Thanks for the late reply.
