auto_provision.server.url, the URL will be stored in phone, every time you try to trigger the auto provision, the phone will send request to this URL.
autoprovision.1.url, this string using in autop activation code feature.
For this feature, the URL won't be stored in phone, it only when you trigger the activation code feature then the phone will send request to this URL one time and don't stored in phone and won't change the existed URL.

Note, if you want to dial the activation code, you can't register any account in phone side.
