Hello,

one of our clients has a new user whom i had set up with a Yealink T46G + Expansion Module and 3CX for windows configured for their acct. they recently put in a ticket to our system that stated they could only see their contact list on the windows application but when they attempt to view it on the physical phone itself it displays nothing, would this have to do with the Mode type (CTI / softphone mode)? or is there a file i could export from a different user in their office and import it to the new user?

**Edit** - We are using 3CX Phone system v14
Please tell me the firmware version of the phones? Do you use the latest version?
