Full Version: T19P_E2. Not showing IP Address when pressing ok

There is 7 of these in the office, all doing the same thing. Not showing the IP address when pressing OK. Only shows the firmware number.

How can I find the IP Address for a given phone?

The phones are working fine. I know they have an IP Address it is just that the information doesn't display when pressing OK as per the instructions.
Can you kindly to tell me what is the version of your firmware?

Please check can you find the ip address via press Menu->Status? If can, please provide the trace files (level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace) for us to analyze. You can send the files to my email(Lucia@yealink.com).

Firmware is 53.80.98.2

As I am not onsite. The rest is a bit harder and might take some time.
