When you view your call history on the TP20p Phone, pressing the ok button now adds the phone number to the directory, instead of placing a new call.

This is not the functionality describe in the manual.

This only happens with phones updated to the latest firmware. Phones on the older firmware work as expected.


Does anyone have any idea how to re-program this to place an outgoing call again ?

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have changed the mechanism in the latest version.
You can press the "#" button on the keyboard to place a new call when in history. If you press "#" button doesn't work, please access to web GUI->Features->General Information->key as send, fill in "#" in the field. Click confirm to accept the change.

I am having this problem too. the phone appears to dial but never connects. then unknown url ... busy tone and call fails
