Hello Guys.

Dont know if this is the correct place to ask, but i'll try.

I've just received a T46G for my 3cx phone system.
I must admit that this phone is pretty nice, compared to what else i've tried.

However, I have one problem.
It seems for me, like I cannot make a semi-attended transfer, when using DSSKey? Is that true?

Works fine if I just enter the extension numer. - But if I TANSFER->DSSKey->Hang up, both extensions just loses the connection.

Please let me know if you can help with this.

Thanks in advance
Christian
please try below steps:
1. access to web GUI->Features->Transfer->Transfer Mode Via Dsskey, select the attended transfer in the list field. click confirm to accept change.
2. access to web GUI->DSS key-> set one DSS key value to transfer in the type list, and entry extesion which you want to tansfer in the value field. click confirm to accept change.
3. the scenario is :
A call B , B answer it.
press TRANSFER->DSSKEY, when you here the ringback tone, then you can hang up.

if you want to know more info about it, please refer to our admin guide.

Hello sir.
Thank you very much for your reply.

I tried your steps, but still, when I hear the other phone ringing, and got ringback tone, - When I hang up the connection is lost.

I am using your Yealink T46G and our PBX is 3CX.

Please let me know if there are any other solutions.
