The Mountain Time Zone setting on the T46G and T48G reverts to pacific time. In the GUI if I change it to Mountain (CAN) the time is displayed correctly.

tested on .25 .37 and .38 firmware on the 46, .6 firmware on the 48

updated with info on T48G
Hi Davedog,

Sorry, I can't completely understand what your meaning.
So could you please describe more detailed operations about it?
And what is your need?
If you want the latest version firmware(35.72.0.10) of T48, you can get it from here.

35.72.0.10

thanks

Let me try to explain. I set the phone to get the time via NTP using 1.north-america.pool.ntp.org as the server setting.

When the phone is set to Pacific Time -8 the phone shows the time as 12:00 when the actual time is 12:00 (this is good)

When the phone is set to Mountain Time US -7 the phone shows the time as 12:00 when the actual time is 13:00 (this is bad)

When the phone is set to Mountain Time CAN -7 the phone shows the time as 13:00 when the actual time is 13:00 (this is good)

So I have to set my phones located in the US Mountain timezone to CAN Mountain timezone to display the correct time (this indicates a bug that was missed during regression testing)

I'll test the .10 firmware as soon as possible.
Thanks for your explaination.
Could you please modify your NTP server to cn.pool.ntp.org and try again?

thanks
same result with either cn.pool.ntp.org or 1.north-america.pool.ntp.org

The time/date settings page changes considerably with the amount of info shown when selecting -7 Canada versus -7 United States. There are several more fields available when -7 Canada.

Feel welcome to try this on your own phone(s)
Hi Davedog,

Yes, I have tested it in my side. This is a known bug in the Mountain Time US -7.
The reason is we don't add the DST in the Mountain Time US -7. So please refer to below steps:
1. Manual to set the DST in the Mountain Time US -7. Enter the DST start date and end date and offset. like below picture:

2. If it is not urgent for you. We will fix it in the next big version called V73 which will be released in the Q3 this year.

thanks
