I'm trying to perform semi-attended call tranfer and attended the call drops and blind tranfer only if it works
Help..

Does the semi-attended transfer work well now?
If it still doesn't work well now, could you describe the detailed operations ?

HI there, thnks for yout help.
this case still not working:
those are the steps:
1. make or recive a call
2. the tranfer: a. i press tran key and the numeber or ext i will like to tranfer an press # or ok key to execute and wait until call is attended

b. i press tranfer softkey and put the number o ext and i wait until the call its attended

3 when my call is attended i press tran key to send my step 1.

when i do this the call always is drop ( step 1)

Only blind tranfer is working

Hi,
I suggest that you can upgrade to the V73 beta version and reset the phone to the default factory setting to chekc if it can solve this issue.
Pay attention to that reset to factory setting will clear all configuration.

i try and is not working

i follow the same steps and its not workin the attended tranfer only blind tranfer works.
I dont know if is something about audio codec´s be cuz my PBX Zultys MX250 handle many codecs like g729.

any more sugestions will be great.
