We have a problem with the DDS and BLF keys

We have an 7021 which is monitoring the 7020 extension, if we call from extension 7026 to 7020, shown in the screen of the extension 7021.

1. 7020 <- 7020
2. 7020 <- 7026

What should we do to only see this ?

1. 7020 <- 7026

We are using T22P models with the latest version and an Asterisk 11.7 (Elastix 2.4)
