Do you mean you want to disable the message beep tone?
If yes, sorry to tell you the message beep tone can't be disabled alone in the W52P.
If you have to disable it the you can accept the mute when it have an incoming call, then you can set the value of ringtone volume to 0.
You can set it by pressing the left arrow button on the keypad and save it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
