Full Version: T48G DSS Key Issue

I am having an issue configuring the DSS keys slots 21-29 on the T48g
No matter what I do the config will not take. I have tried using the config file and it does not work. It actually erases the 21-29 entries on reboot.

if I use the gui it just hangs when I hit confirm. The url also looks wrong
it starts as /servlet?p=dsskey&model=1&q=load&linepage=3
but when you hit confirm it changes to /servlet?p=dsskey&model=1&q=load&linepage=4 and hangs

is there an update/fix for this issue? I need all of my dss keys working.

I successfully configurate DSS keys slots 21-29 on the T48g based on the latest version 35.72.0.30
Can you let us know what version you're using it
I suggest that you use the latest version and try again

v12 + all updates
T48G with 35.72.0.225 Firmware (from Yealink Downloads)

I am NOT able to auto provision the DSS Keys - at least, not DSS Key 7; I have not tested any other DSS Keys.
The provisioning process would appear to work properly but, nothing is visible on the T48G phone.

However, I can manually provision the DSS Keys via the phone display - I have not tested via the web interface but, I suspect this would also work.
I can also (manually) provision each individual T48G's DSS Keys via the 3CX Management Console's BLF feature set.

Should I try changing the Firmware = 35.72.0.30 ?

Hardware Version 35.1.0.2.1.0.0


We are still getting the same issue.
All of our handsets have upgraded firmware.

Line Key21-29 will not add via the browser.
Only manually.

I just had a test with latest firmware35.73.0.50 as well as 35.72.0.30, but unable to repeat the problem. So I was wondering if you can take a video of the whole process and also share with me your configuration steps so that I can compare with mine to see if anything missed.
