We have a lot of issues with the headset locking up and picking up the phone and dialing the last number for no reason.

Has anyone else had this kind of issue?

Latest firmware on the Jabra and the yealink is on 28.71.0.224 as we use 3CX.

The random lift and dial happens on 3 phones and is very annoying.

We haven't tested the compatibility with Jabra 9400BS so far .So, We cannot guarantee that it will be greatly received.
I suggest that you'd better choose the headset which is in the Yealink compatibility list.
