Hi,
We have this problem.
We use Yeastar MyPBX-v5.
For example:
My cordless have the number 300, i want transfer to 310, the system work, but if the extension 310 don't answer, the call Ended and don't call back to 300.
If I use the feature code *03 (Attend transfer Yeastar system) + Extension, the call came back if the Extension no answer.
For example from my extension 300 if i want transfer a call i press *03-310 and after 15 second the call came back to 300.
Can you help me?
In the fixed phone, for example Yealink T22 I can modify the code of tranfer, as image in the attachment
