Hello All,
I am having some problems with connecting to a remote phonebook on the W52P
We are using
- 3CX v12 (multi tenant) PBX
- Yealink T46G phones
- Yealink W52P phones
Out Client wants to use remote Phonebook form the server.
The T46G works like a charm. Phonebook is loaded, if updatres automatically, or on demand if needed.
On the W52P, however, I put the same url as a remote Phonebook, but when I try to access it I get a "connection error!"
Both are manually provided;
The W52P is registered and working other wise.
The used URL for the hone book (some what altered to protect the innocent)
http://voip.domaan.name/%TENANTNAME%/pro...nebook.xml
We can at the moment only use http and no https, but as stated, this is no problem for the T46G

I cannot upgrade the handset firmware. Trying to do so (using W52P Flasher program) I get the message "Oem Version Check disaffinity, Skip Update!"
P.S. I have found several other treads with an alike problem, but sadly did not find a solution.
