Hello,
I have a T46G phone. When I try to upload a customed ringtone, the WebGUI response "Error:The destination folder does not exist!" [Please refer to the attachment] .

Then I try the same thing on T22p and T21p, it success.

Can anyone kindly help me?

I have submit it to our R&D and make sure it is a bug in the T46. And we will fix this bug in the V73 firmware and release it in the Yealink official website (http://www.yealink.com/SupportDownloadfi...0&flag=142)soon. Any updates, I will let you know ASAP.

Hello i have the same problem with my t46g in 28.72.0.26 rev. Is the problem fix in the new 28.72.0.45 release ? I check the changelog but i didn't see a line about this subjet.
