Full Version: DSS Key settings lost/missing

After configuring DSS keys's in the phone's portal, it looks good until a few days later, all of my settings are lost and replaced with "202" which is my extension! This also happened on partners phone and it is very frustrating. Any clue why this is happening? Model number t48g.

Please access to thw webpage->Settings->Auto-provision.
Then delete the content of Server URL.Like below picture.

Thanks for your prompt response! I will try this and post pack if this resolves the issue but it may take a couple of weeks before I am sure it sticks.

This did the trick, the DSS key settings are unched. Thanks!
