Hi Guys I hope someone can help, I've sent a mail to Yealink support 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything back yet.
I’m trying the tool but it’s not working correctly on my computer.
I’m running Windows 7 Home Premium.
My co-worker has Windows 8 and it works perfectly.
The sections I have trouble with is "CSV Configurations"
You can't press any of the Tabs at the bottom and as soon as you enter the MAC and move they disappear altogether.

Is there anything that I need to update that you know of for the program to work? What program does the Generation Tool use?
