Hi. I'm having this same problem reported by timalex. Users in my call center are often pressing any of the 10 Yealink T28P programmable keys for 3 seconds and adding the DND. I work with an agent system in my telephone exchange and I can not have this key in any way enabled. I have about 200 T28P in my call center and I need to solve this problem. I need your help.
