Full Version: T41P BLF ligth not working

I need help with the DSSKey setup. I enabled the BLF on all the extension devices, but I assign the BLF extension to a phone it does not appear lit when the monitored extension is on a call.

Firmware Ver 36.73.0.50
Hardware ver 36.0.0.0.0.0.0

Any ideas?

For the issue, please make sure that the configuration is correct for the BLF.For more information, you can refer to the FAQ:http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=264

If the issue still exist, please send the pacp,syslog,config,bin files to me, then i can do more troubleshooting.For how to get them, please refer to the FAQ:http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=311
