Full Version: Phonebook T22 error: " File layout error"

Hi all,

I have generate a phone book with the phone book generator tool supplied on yealink site but when I upload the xlm file the phone is giving a error: " File layout error"

any suggestion?
What is your firmware of T22? Do you test the xml file to other phone models?
Do you test it in V72?

Hi, yes it work on t42 and t46,

the T22 has frimware V7.72.0.3 (I think that is the lastest version right?
Can you upload your xml file for me ?

I can upload your contact.xml file to local directory in T22P and T46G.
If you want to use the xml file in remote phonebook, please generate new remotephonebook file instead.
The contact.xml file format is different with the remote phonebook's.

the problem i'm facing is to use it for remote phone book, i keep getting layout error, could you please upload me a working remote xlm file example that is working for you remotely
