Hi,

Please download the firmware from the link and extract it to your desktop.
https://www.go-ccs.nl/downloads/25.73.0.27.zip

Login to your Base and press the Reset to Factory button. ( Phone > Upgrade )
Wait until the Base is up-and-running.
Login and go to Phone > Upgrade and search the file (25.73.0.27) you extracted from the zip file, then click the Upgrade button.
The new firmware will be flashed into the Base and wait until it is ready.
Login to your Base and factory reset it again. Please don’t forget.
Finally check if the Base is running the new firmware.
Hi Frank,

I tried this couple of times. This doesn't do any changes on firmware.

Thank You
Regards
Bharat
