I'm using the T46G with current firmware.

It seems as though if you start dialing, and then pick up the handset, it immediately starts to dial what you've entered. A lot of times, I'll start to enter a number, then pick up the handset, only to dial an incomplete number.

I looked through the menus, but couldn't find a way to turn this off... Is there an option for this that I'm missing?

Sorry. It is the default setting. You should pick up the handset and dial the number or dial the number then pick up the handset to sending the numbers.
