People who are experiencing issues with the EHS box and certain Plantronics headsets (have tested with CS540), The issue is with the 3.5mm audio cables metal tip not being long enough.
Try to push and hold the cable into the plantronics base and answer a call.
If this works, it means you need to buy a new 3.5mm audio cable as the Yealink ones do not work.
