Hi,

I am setting up T41P and can't seem to get the BLF lights to change when the status of the monitored extensions change. For example, I have an extension 405, with the button configured as the pic indicates. The light on my phone always stays green for 404 and never changes.

firmware is 36.80.0.125

For this issue,please do the below steps:

1.reset the phone.

2.refer to the below FAQ:

3.if this issue still exist,please capture the PCAP file,then send to klaus@yealink.com.
