Full Version: Hold Failing in firmware 35.80.0.125

Since updating the latest firmware (35.80.0.125) we are finding that the hold functionality no longer works. Steps to reproduce:
1. Receive call, 2. Place on hold (and so customer hears horrible music), when you press to resume call (after say 20 seconds) the person on hold is still hearing the hold music. Then the phone displays the message 'Unknown uri scheme' and then cancels the call. At this point the customer is disconnected.

Thank you for you detail information. About your issue, please update the firmeware to the latest firmware(35.80.0.130) and do test again, if the issue still exist, please kindly share us more information below to do trouble shooting:
1. Please provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace when reproduce the issue. About how to get the three files, please refer to the FAQ below:

2. How many phones you have in total? And how many of them have the issue?
3. How often does the issue happen? Such as once a day?
