On a T22P, is there a way to force the phone to have a persistent ring volume?

It would be nice if it would roll to voicemail. Currently we use FreePBX and have the phones going to voicemail after 20 seconds. Ideally they would pick up the phone.
You can confgure this in PBX and phones can support up to 120 seconds.

Thanks for the response. My question is about ring volume...not duration. The issue we're having is that people are turning the volume all the way down and then the phones aren't ringing. They are then complaining to management that the phones don't work. Clearly they do work but I can't continue to dispatch people just to turn up the volume on phones.

You can use user access level to control this setting that don't allow other users to change it.
